Welcome to Therapy
If you are a new client, it is my desire to serve you and to help you with whatever brings you here.
To begin your journey, there is a bit of housekeeping to do.
First, you'll need to register as a New Client by creating your own Client Portal Account.
Second, you'll need to review and consider the information found in the New Client Packet. This packet contains secure client forms and information that is designed to help establish clarity, trust, and understanding to the therapeutic relationship.
Please read all of information carefully. It contains important information about this practice and its policies that will assist you in making informed decisions with regard to therapy.
Of course if you have any questions or concerns, we can discuss them before beginning therapy.

Create your Client Portal Account
1. Click the bright green “New Client" button to the right.
2. Once in the "New Client" lobby, you'll be prompted to "Create Your Own Password."
3. Then, you'll be prompted to enter your email address.
4. After having entered your email address, you'll recieve further instructions about how to set up your personal account.
5. Once registered, you will have full access to the Secure Client Portal.

Please read the forms in full before completing and signing them.
By completing these forms prior to your initial appointment (Intake Session), we will be able to make the most out of our time together.
During the Intake Session, we will also have the opportunity to discuss in more depth the particular issues or concerns that are bringing you into therapy at this time.
You will be asked to review and complete the following forms via the secure Client Portal:
Information, Authorization, and Informed Consent to Treatment
Notice of Privacy Practices for Protected Health Information
Client Privacy Measures
Social Media Policy
Please note that these forms are hosted on a secure server, so your information is kept completely private.
